Famous opinion states, which babies brains process simple sounds as well as melodies. Infant brains are supple in musical structures and processing sounds as compared to adults. After two weeks of not hearing music, babies were tested. It was discovered that babies paid attention 20 to 30% longer to the piece they had listened at house compared to unfamiliar piece. Results were compared to previous study where infants were played a simple music by Mozart.
